MAC Financial has developed its exclusive "Staffcare" service in the Isle of Man. Almost 45% of individual staff surveyed by "Employee Benefits" magazine in the UK said they did not understand or recognise the value of the benefits they were given. MAC Financial's Staffcare service provides a central portal through which employees can view an online "Total Reward" statement. They can also link through the various benefits to view special sections on each of the benefits offered (e.g. pension values, death in service, healthcare etc). As an employer you need to be sure the amount you spend on benefits is reflected in the value the staff place in these benefits.

In many of the 200+ schemes we advise on the Island, we do not look after all the benefits (often the UK parent can offer economies of scale). With Staffcare it is possible to include all such benefits in one place, irrespective of MAC Financial's involvement as advisers.
